Borgo La Chiaracia has its own farm where, under the very eyes of our guests, various specialties are produced that are served at their tables.
There are for example two vines: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Long rows of soft fruit plants and hazelnuts, walnuts and chestnuts, barley, spelt and sunflowers.
Here, a courageous, rare project has come into being: produce from a locality well within the “km zero” threshold! The authenticity of the dishes on offer attest to the richness and incessant productivity of our land.
