The path toward excellence of flavours, step by step

Dinner at Radici is to be enjoyed in a leisurely manner, as something of a rite. The leisurely pace begins with an aperitif at the Bar Etrusco in Borgo La Chiaracia. Then, at the table, three entrées follow one upon the other, plus a small treat (with the compliments of the Chef). Guests have a choice of three menus.

• Stage I "Radici": the vegetarian four-course tasting menu prepared by the Chef),
• Stage II "Origine": four courses with ingredients from the surrounding area selected by our Chef,
• Stage III "Condividere": seven courses by our Chef including both meat and fish
