Borgo Chiaracia entrusts its kitchen to the very young chef Gabriel Collazzo.
An important change at the stoves of Borgo La Chiaracia Resort & Spa: starting Thursday, October 2, the new executive chef is Gabriel Collazzo, born in 1999 and already named U30 Chef of the Year by the Grande Cucina Talent Prize. His arrival marks a new chapter for the five-star resort nestled on the Alfina Plateau, in the heart of Tuscia Umbra, just a few kilometers from Orvieto and an hour and a half from Rome.
