The Radici restaurant is characterised, as its name suggests, by the selection and promotion of the fruits of a rich and fascinating territory located at the corner of Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. It was created with the desire to revisit centuries-old foods and traditions in a modern key.
Incontro’s cuisine begins with a deep knowledge of the local territory, yet the true “encounter” happens when traditional ingredients engage in dialogue with contemporary techniques, new sensibilities, and a constant pursuit of balance. Each dish thus becomes a point of convergence: between simple ingredients and gastronomic thought, between rural heritage and modern precision. The cuisine moves with respect, but also with freedom—because only from the meeting of these two poles can an authentic language emerge.
Borgo La Chiaracia has its own farm, which produces some of the specialities served at the restaurant, right before the guests' eyes. In particular, there are two grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Then there are long rows of red fruits. And then there are crops of hazelnuts, walnuts and chestnuts, barley, spelt and sunflowers.
At any time of day, Etrusco Bar offers a refined and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Borgo's living area, with a charming veranda surrounded by large windows where you can enjoy the greenery of the garden and gaze out over the nearby Tuscan countryside, where the sun sets spectacularly.
