The four-handed dinner on the theme of ‘Umbria coast to coast’, a tribute to the land of St. Francis, was born from a comparison between the culinary traditions of two provinces of a single region: Umbria. Daniele Auricchio (executive chef at Radici) and Giulio Gigli (owner of Une) are the two talented young chefs who created this unique culinary experience, bringing together the gastronomic specialities of Perugia and Terni.
