On Sunday, 18 June, Borgo La Chiaracia welcomed guests with an extraordinary picnic and regional specialities skilfully prepared with Umbrian ingredients by the talented Daniele Auricchio. For the occasion, the Campania-born chef will reinterpret iconic Italian street food dishes, drawing inspiration from the regional origins of the members of his team.
